END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Power of Million LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Khaleej Embassy mobile application (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
This license does not grant ownership of the App or any related intellectual property.

2. License Restrictions
You may not, directly or indirectly:
• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or attempt to extract source code
• Use bots, automation, scripts, or scraping tools
• Access or use any API (public or private) — none are permitted
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, resell, or distribute the App
• Circumvent security, verification, raffle systems, or access controls
• Interfere with platform integrity, rankings, referrals, or verification systems

3. Geographic Scope
The App is designed primarily for use in the Gulf region and Iraq (including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and Iraq).
Users worldwide may access the App, but features, relevance, or availability are not guaranteed outside these regions.

4. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
We may, at our sole discretion:
• Suspend or terminate accounts with or without notice
• Remove inactive accounts after 6 months of inactivity
• Ban users who violate policies, including but not limited to:
• Fake accounts or invitations
• Cheating in raffles or promotions
• Abuse, fraud, manipulation, or guideline violations

5. Paid Features, Subscriptions, and Usernames
• Certain features require payment after applicable free periods
• Payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play
• All payments are non-refundable, unless required by law or platform policy
• If your account is suspended or terminated, paid features, subscriptions, or usernames may be lost with no refund
Usernames are licensed, not owned.
We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign any username (including paid usernames) if legally required or if superior rights are demonstrated.

6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including software, code, UI/UX, branding, logos, badges, verification marks, and systems — are owned exclusively by Power of Million LLC.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

7. User Content
Your use of the App is subject to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us the rights described in the Terms & Conditions to host, use, display, and promote that content in connection with the App.

8. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
The App may rely on third-party services, platforms, or infrastructure, including but not limited to Apple, Google, hosting providers, analytics tools, and security services.
We are not responsible or liable for:
• Third-party service outages or failures
• Payment processing errors or delays
• App store policy changes or enforcement actions
Your relationship with such third parties is governed solely by their terms.

9. Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features or functionality, without liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power of Million LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Power of Million LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

13. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
We may terminate your access immediately and without liability for any reason.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you automatically terminate.

14. Governing Law & Arbitration
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and class actions are expressly waived.
Claims not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in Texas courts.

15. Language
This Agreement may be available in multiple languages.
English and Arabic versions are equally valid. In case of conflict, interpretation shall be determined under Texas law.
