These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Khaleej Embassy mobile application and the website located at khaleejembassy.com (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Power of Million LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree not to share your credentials and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Khaleej Embassy is a user-generated content platform. We do not own, control, endorse, verify, or guarantee any business, service, product, offer, promotion, communication, or content posted by users.
Any interaction, transaction, or dispute between users occurs solely between the parties involved.
The Service allows users to:
Create personal or professional profiles Add freelance services, business listings, or promotional offers Browse, discover, and interact with content posted by other users
Use of the Service is free unless you activate paid features.
Certain features require verification or subscription after a 90-day free period where applicable.
All payments are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, features, and availability may change after the end of a billing cycle.
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or platform policy.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of the related profile, listing, or offer.
Users may submit text, images, audio, video, listings, reviews, messages, links, or other materials (“Content”).
You are solely responsible for your Content and its legality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, retain, or review Content at our discretion, with or without notice.
By submitting Content, you grant Power of Million LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and promote such Content in connection with the Service.
You retain ownership of your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
You agree not to:
Impersonate any person or entity Submit false or misleading information Create fake businesses, products, offers, or reviews Upload malware or harmful links Manipulate rankings, referrals, or verification systems Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity
Violations may result in immediate termination and permanent ban.
All usernames are licensed, not owned. Availability or purchase does not guarantee permanence.
We reserve the right to reclaim, modify, or reassign any username — including paid usernames — if a legally verified entity demonstrates superior rights (such as trademark ownership). Refunds are discretionary and not guaranteed.
Any user may create a business listing. Ownership is not assumed unless verified.
Business ownership claims may be approved or rejected at our discretion. We are not responsible for ownership disputes.
Promotions may be created by users or businesses. We do not guarantee fulfillment, outcomes, or rewards.
Failure to deliver promised rewards may result in account termination.
The Service may include messaging features. We do not proactively monitor communications but may review reported content and remove it without notice.
Information may be disclosed if required by law, legal process, or governmental request.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without liability for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation on our platform. Any content or behavior related to such acts will lead to immediate removal and account termination. We maintain an in-app reporting system where users can report any suspected abuse under the ‘Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation’ category. We will cooperate with authorities as required and comply with all applicable laws.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or correction of defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power of Million LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Power of Million LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Any dispute shall first be resolved through binding arbitration. Claims not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in Texas courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Power of Million LLC regarding the Service.
